Vision Benefits
(Available to those enrolled in a medical plan)
The vision plan covers you and your covered dependents for a routine eye exam, eyeglass lenses, frames, or contact lenses. Additional discounts and savings may be available for sunglasses, lens options, and laser vision correction. You can choose any provider; however, you will spend less money when you visit an in-network provider.
